Vance Thompson Vision recently completed the construction of a state-of-the-art, two-story ophthalmology and vision center, integrating the Siemens Desigo Building Automation System (BAS) to optimize building operations, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. G&R Controls provided the BAS, leveraging Siemens' cutting-edge technology to control and monitor the facility's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, ensuring precise climate control and enhanced performance throughout the building.

Utilizing advanced sensors, real-time data analytics, and remote management capabilities, the Siemens BAS enables seamless automation, reduces energy consumption, and supports a sustainable and cost-effective environment. Additionally, the system enhances operational efficiency by improving maintenance capabilities, predictive diagnostics, and streamlining building operations.
