Scope of Work

Rivers Bend Medical Center is a newly constructed, three-story, Class A medical campus that houses multiple clinics and a second-floor Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Home to a network of specialized physicians in fields such as ear, nose and throat, plastic surgery, and other specialties, the facility is designed with state-of-the-art systems to ensure optimal comfort and efficiency.

The medical center is equipped with advanced HVAC solutions, including four Daikin indoor central air handling units, an AAON dedicated outdoor air system, a hot water system, and a Motivair chiller water system. To seamlessly integrate these components and optimize performance, the facility utilizes the Siemens Desigo Building Automation System (BAS). This cutting-edge system enables centralized monitoring and control of the HVAC systems, ensuring precise climate control, energy efficiency, and enhanced indoor air quality for both patients and staff.

Rivers Bend Medical Center has also partnered with G&R Controls for preventive maintenance services. This ongoing partnership will help to continually improve the facility's energy management, reduce operational costs, and extend the lifespan of HVAC equipment, all while maintaining a healthy and comfortable environment for patients and staff alike.
